The Summit is the flagship property of Bayer Properties in Birmingham, Alabama. The Summit development is a 170-acre mixed use development including the Cameron at the Summit Apartments and approximately 850,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space including Saks Fifth Avenue, Belk, Cheesecake Factory and more. Schoel provided the Civil Engineering and Surveying services since the inception of this project including the site work design, topographic, boundary, ALTA and subdivision surveying services, the design and dedication of public roadways, and coordination and city approvals for this phased development.
