This mixed use development includes many types of residential development, the Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa, which includes the centerpiece golf course of the Robert Trent Jones golf trail and home of the Regions Charity Senior Golf Tournament. Schoel has provided service ranging from topographic surveying, property and land surveying, roadway design, residential design, commercial and multi family design, and environmental consulting and permitting. This project required a Corp of Engineers 404 individual permit. Schoel Delineated 1,600 acres for wetlands and Corp of Engineers jurisdictional streams, prepared a mitigation plan to offset losses due to project impacts, and prepared the application for submittal to the Corp.
