Working with the developer from the inception of the project, Schoel provided all Land Surveying and Civil Engineering
to prepare lots for sale in this office park development. This included the design of all the infrastructure, including
a 2000 foot divided parkway, intersection design on a state highway, and utilities necessary to serve the future office
developments.
