Old Overton Estates is a 59 lot gated community within the development of Liberty Park. With steep mountainous topography making a traditional gravity sewer system impractical, we designed individual on-site sewer systems for many of the lots within the development. Systems range from traditional to non-traditional depending on the topography of individual lots, the size of the house, and the land disturbance necessary for construction.
