Honda Precision Parts of Georgia is located on a 500 acre site. The manufacturing facility occupies approximately 100 acres of the site and is located in the City of Tallapoosa, Georgia. Walter Schoel Engineering has provided all of the Civil Engineering site development services for the project since its inception, including design of an approximate one mile public access roadway into the plant site. Schoel Engineering was involved in the site search, evaluation and selection process for the facility. The project required a Corps of Engineers 404 Individual Permit and numerous other environmental permits.
