Multiple pump stations, force mains and gravity sewers.

Greystone is a 3000-acre mixed-use development located in the City of Hoover, Shelby County, Alabama. Schoel Engineering provided engineering planning, sanitary design including pump stations, infrastructure and utility design, grading and drainage, golf course infrastructure design, and environmental master planning and permitting. The development includes two championship golf courses including the Founders Course, which was home to the very successful Brunos Memorial Golf Tournament from 1992-2005.
