Drains directly to Lake Purdy which is the drinking water source for the City of Birmingham, Sensitive Environmental Species, Challenged to minimize grading and maintain the natural features of the property, Residential lotting was designed around 2 championship golf courses. Multiple pump stations, force mains and gravity sewers.

Greystone is a 3000-acre mixed-use development located in the City of Hoover, Shelby County, Alabama. Schoel Engineering provided engineering planning, sanitary design including pump stations, infrastructure and utility design, grading and drainage, golf course infrastructure design, and environmental master planning and permitting. The development includes two championship golf courses including the Founders Course, which was home to the very successful Brunos Memorial Golf Tournament from 1992-2005.
