Anchored by Whole Foods Market, Cahaba Village contains approximately 100,000 square feet of leasable area, 22 residential condominium units, and two outparcels. This site contained more engineering challenges than most significantly larger sites. One of these challenges was the design of the sanitary sewer system which contained the design of an on-site gravity sewer, pump station, 730 feet of offsite force main, and 900 feet of offsite main extension.
